Yes, for the first time ever, I can comfortably ditch my power bank that I usually carry in my bag for fear of my phone running out of juice at the end of the day.
The greatest and most significant improvement that I truly enjoy after using the new iPhone is the battery life. Hands down.
I have been using the phone for a little over a month, and I am amazed at how efficient this phone is despite having a faster refresh screen and more powerful processor. Yes, the new phone has a beefier battery and it truly shows by how much battery I have left at the end of the day.
Previously, on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, on a typical workday, I start off with my phone at around 97% battery life. I don’t charge my phone overnight. I charge it full and take it out of the charger before I go to bed. So it’s naturally, that battery life decay while on standby throughout the night. This is one of the small ways I maintain the overall health of the battery over time. So I start about 95% to 97%. As I use it, I typically get around 40% to 50% battery when I get back home from work. If I meet out with friends, go for dinner and come back home later, then I can still get about 20% to 30% battery. Not too shabby, though a little bit beyond my comfort level, to the point where I bring a spare power bank just isn’t case.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max just blew everything out of the park. I charge till 100% before going to bed. And I wake up in the morning getting ready for work at… 100%. What.The.F?
While on commute, I use my phone to browse through social media, read the news or listen to music. I can still get 98% when I reach my office. It’s a 45-minute commute. That is insane. On the previous phone? About 90% typically when I reach the office.
My usage varies depending on how busy at work I am, but safe to say, I can easily get 60% to 70% battery remaining when I reach home from work in the evening. And this is in addition to using the phone while going to the gym before heading home.
70% battery life at the end of the workday. That is just unheard of. I now no longer fear losing battery from my phone at the end of the day. The iPhone 13 Pro Max just keeps on going and going and going.

Awesome 🙂 You have done a great work
