Midway through the circuit breaker, and I have encountered a Netflix gem. I knew this show would be groundbreaking, but I just never had the time to start watching it, until recently. And that show is none other than Money Heist, the show that made international headlines as one of the most popular non-english tv series to ever grace Netflix.
I just completed Part 1 and Part 2 of Money Heist, concluding the story of their plan to print almost a billion euros after storming the Spanish Mint and taking over the money printing press. The show was a rollercoaster ride with a satisfying ending, one of the best so I have seen in a long time.

I must admit that I was late to the party. I knew of friends who have been following this show and they raved all about it when I asked for Netflix recommendations. Now I am glad to finally be one who have watched money heist and has received great satisfaction from it.
After watching Money Heist. I can really understand why this show received international praise. The characters are deep and relatable, the plot filled with twists and turns, keeping you guessing as to what was going to happen next, and the biggest question of them all; are they going to make it out alive with all that money they printed while being holed up in the spanish mint, surrounded by police 24/7?
Money heist is very binge worthy. I can understand why Netflix was interested in buying international rights to the show and be part of Netflix international catalog.
Now I haven’t watch parts 3 and 4 yet. I am hoping it will be as good as the first two parts, if not better. I don’t want to spoil myself by reading the synopsis. All I know is that they have planned another heist, which is a bank this time. What is truly going to happen while they execute the heist is anyone’s guess. I have been very careful as to not read too much stuff about the show on the internet, risking myself to spoilers.
Netflix made a special feature showcasing the international fame that the show have received, something like a documentary. I am very eager to watch that. In fact, I wanted to watch that show even before finishing all 4 parts, but then I saw spoiler alerts at the beginning of the documentary and I immediately stopped watching. Guess I have to finish watching everything before watching the documentary.
To the characters of the show; Professor, Berlin, Tokyo, Nairobi, Moscow, Rio, Denver, and Helsinki to name a few, it was truly a wild ride, especially during the circuit breaker period. You guys filled me with joy.
