Fishing

First time i went fishing. Ever.

My friends invited me to fish at Punggol this afternoon. Luckily it has stopped raining and the weather was cool enough to fish, but unfortunately we didnt catch anything. There was a family of 5 i think, who caught about 2 small fish during their stay there. It was my first time to experience fishing and I had a great time. I felt such a noob casting the line into the water, but i did learnt a lot of things about fishing. So much for beginners luck…

Verdict about fishing?

Not my type of hobby or recreational activity for me. For even though the pleasure and excitement of catching one would surely be beyond description, spending a better part of the day trying to catch a fish isnt what i would call it productive. True that once you are more experienced in it, the better you are at catching more or a bigger catch, it would certainly be fun with friends, but it isnt something i would do it myself.

As for today, it was a day well spent with my peeps.

On a side note, cant wait to watch Pirate 3 tomorrow afternoon. Ive heard that its been a mixed review thus far regarding the movie. Look forward to my personal review once im done watching. And for those who are watching, stay back till the end credits for something special.

As for me, ive already caught the 6.05pm timeslot at The Cathay, A digital screening to boot.
