~start rant~ Lately, I’ve been having loads o problem with Singnet. Just last week, we were having problems with the internet ftp transfer, and we couldnt upload anything on the internet. It seemed as if we were blocked externally from sending any data. We called up singnet tech rep and it took a long while for it to be fixed. Now that has been fixed, we are plagued by slow internet speeds, whichever sites we go, local or international.
And today is at its worst. I cant surf to any sites without hitting the refresh button for the 100th time. Messenger always disconnected and I’m already at my wits end. I dunno if this is some local area problem, but i do hope that it being fixed asap.
This past few weeks, technology aint my side. With my computer being “sick” (Technical problems) and now the internet, my lifeline (and im not proud to be labelled as one so dependent on it) im just really really frustrated thats some ISP can screw us many times over.

Anyway, for the Japan holiday, ill make sure ill take lots and lots of photos. Im sure it will be a culture shock for me and it would be fun and exciting, especially with the Disneyland and the 2 days free and easy package. That remind me, i have to start planning for the trip and take note of the places that i want to go, especially when the big “Tokyo” is involved. So much to see, so little time. If this trip is successful, ill definitely go for another trip in a couple of years time. Already i had talks with my friends, new and old and have been loosely planning for a trip in the near future. Meanwhile by then, i hope i would be somewhat proficient in speaking the Japanese language.
And yeah, someone reminded me sternly that i need to update my friendster profile. OK ill update it promptly and meticulously, but after my Japan trip. To those who are wondering what the weather would be in June. I had a check of the climate history of Japan over the last 5 years in the period where ill be there (1st week of June). Generally, it would be the wettest month of the year, but not as wet as singapore, so expect showers or rains on a daily basis, but it would be short intermittent showers. Temperatures are cool, in the mid 20s, to possibly 30s, because thats the month where summer begins. Generally it would be cool if rain is present, and the remnant of spring could still be felt. So all in all i would not feel the full effects of the humid, Tokyo summer, if im not mistaken.
Well thats all for today, ill blog more when my internet has stabilised. (I just lost an entire entry due to that)
